900 volunteers want to help the Allgäu clinic network in Bavaria.

Friends!

It is not necessary to wait for the right time for the most important feat of your life.  All life consists of small and large overcoming of own habits, beliefs or fears.

How will we live through difficult times and what will we be after that? Decide to everyone.  Right now you are able to do something useful and really meaningful.  Like these guys from Bavaria.

In order to prepare for the crisis, which is possible due to a shortage of personnel in the event the situation with the coronavirus develops, Allgäu clinics turned to volunteers. According to the Allgäuer Zeitung newspaper, 900 volunteers have already registered with the Allgäu Clinic network. The network of clinics includes clinics / hospitals in Kempten, Immenstadt, Sonthofen, Obersdorf, Ottobeuren and Mindelheim. In addition, another 150 people offered assistance to Meminger Clinic.

'We are excited because so many people have applied for participation,' says Andrea Ruland, managing director of the AZ clinic network. 'If we had a lot of patients, our existing staff would be overloaded.' Even if clinics are currently only 40 percent busy, Allgäu wants to be prepared.

“At present, the start of volunteer work is being agreed upon,” says Ruland. According to the newspaper AZ, out of 250 registered volunteers, they have a medical education - doctors, nurses who have retired. However, hospitals need more than just medical personnel. “Clinics need kitchen workers and maintenance staff,” says Ruland.

Everyone who wants to help Allgäu clinic network can register and send an application.
