6. How long is my data stored?

We store your data until:

a) You will not withdraw your consent to the collection, processing and use of your data, or

b) during the period of preservation of evidence within the statutory limitation period. According to §§ 195 ff of the German Civil Code (BGB), these restriction periods can be up to 30 years, with the usual restriction period of 3 years.
