Consent for the processing of sensitive data
As part of the contract concluded with WIRZUM (hereinafter also referred to as "Company"), personal data is collected, stored, transmitted, deleted, and used to the extent that is necessary to search for an apartment that corresponds to the potential tenant's state of health. Health data is particularly sensitive data. The legal basis for processing this personal data is the concluded contract associated with the consent.
Legal regulations are perceived for a large number of data processing operations. If personal data is processed based on a statutory provision, the consent of the person is not required. Moreover, obtaining additional consent is not required. Consent is also not required if the data processing is necessary to accomplish the contract according to Article 6 Paragraph 1 b) in conjunction with Art. 9 Paragraph 2 j) DS-GVO.
Internal transfer of data
Within the company, the data will be transmitted in order to accomplish the contract. The user has a right to be informed concerning the documented data. Medical data is processed manually or automatically. The data coverage depends on the course of the apartment search and cannot be finally designated at the time the contract is concluded.

In the case of faults in technical systems, external service companies can apply for consulting to diagnose and troubleshoot the fault.
All employees of external companies, as well as our staff, who have access to personal and medical data, are obliged to treat them confidentially. Upon request, we will inform you about the companies currently cooperating with us with access to your data.
